1. Introduction
1.1 Contract: By clicking ‘Join Now’, ‘Join Royalem’, ‘Sign Up’, ‘Buy with WOOPAY’, ‘Buy with Apple Pay’, or similar, registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Social Serene LLC. Social Serene LLC provides the Royalem service, which includes Royalem.com, Royalem-branded apps, and other related services specific to dating, matchmaking, and social interaction. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Obligations
2.1 Service Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using Royalem, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and provide accurate personal information.
2.2 Your Account: Keep your account secure. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities on your account.
2.3 Payment: Royalem may offer free and paid services. Changes to our fee structure will be communicated in advance.
2.4 Notices and Messages: Communications will be delivered through the service or via the contact information you provide.
2.5 Sharing and Interaction: Respectful and appropriate interactions are expected. Inappropriate content or behavior can result in account termination.
3. Rights and Limits
3.1 Your License to Social Serene: You retain ownership of your content, but grant Social Serene LLC a license to use it within the service.
3.2 Service Availability: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at our discretion.
3.3 Other Content, Sites, and Apps: Social Serene LLC is not responsible for third-party content or services accessed through our platform.
3.4 Limits: We reserve the right to limit or terminate service usage in case of policy violations.
3.5 Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights related to Social Serene LLC and its services are reserved.
3.6 Automated Processing: We use your data to enhance service experience and recommendations.
4. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
4.1 No Warranty: Royalem is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
4.2 Exclusion of Liability: Social Serene LLC is not liable for indirect damages or losses connected to the use of our service.
4.3 Basis of the Bargain; Exclusions: The limitations of liability are a fundamental part of this agreement.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this contract. Upon termination, the right to use the services is revoked.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be governed by the laws of California, U.S.A., and settled in the courts of Los Angeles County.
7. General Terms
If a part of this Contract is unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
8. Royalem “Dos and Don’ts”
8.1 Dos: Comply with laws, maintain accurate information, and use the service respectfully.
8.2 Don’ts: No false identities, no misuse of the service, respect privacy and intellectual property rights.
9. User Safety
Social Serene LLC emphasizes respectful interaction with other users both within and outside of the app.
Users are encouraged to exercise caution when interacting with others, especially when deciding to communicate outside the app or meet in person.
The app disclaims responsibility for the conduct of any member on or off the service.
Social Serene LLC does not conduct criminal background checks on its members but reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check or other screenings at any time using available public records.
Users should not share financial information or send money to other members.
10. Content Moderation
Social Serene LLC may store, review, and delete content that violates their agreement or might be offensive, illegal, or harmful.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish, display, or transmit to other members.
A list of prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, physical harm, harassment, junk mail, spamming, false or misleading information, and illegal activities.
Prohibited content also includes material that exploits people under 18, solicits personal information from minors, provides instructional information about illegal activities, and content that involves commercial activities without prior consent from Social Serene LLC.
Content must comply with applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations.
Users are prohibited from including personal contact information such as telephone numbers, addresses, URLs, or email addresses in their profiles and correspondence with other members.
